We use the chakras to bring awareness to the different energies and imbalances within us so we can restore and enhance the flow. We breath, mediate and move through the chakras to release what we don’t need. 

There’s fire🔥 flow, sound, and ecstatic dance 💃 an embodiment of soulful movement and expression.
