Congratulations! It's the last day of the mindful detox program!
For your mantra today I am going to share an excerpt from Gabby Bernstein’s book Super Attractor:
“Each morning I wake up with a clean slate and even subtle behavior shifts can redirect the entire day. I move toward positive energy- energy of love. I wake up in a state of non resistance. I affirm how I want to feel, who I want to be, and how I want to show up in the world. I affirm self-love and compassion. I affirm my willingness to feel good.”
A great time for reflection.
Ask yourself:
How do you feel?
What practices will you continue to use?
Were there any difficult points?
Were your expectations different than your results?
Were your goals met and if not, will you continue on your journey towards those goals?
What was surprisingly easy?
Have any cravings/urges shifted?
Were you able to shift your mindset from focusing on restriction to abundance?

And adopting a 80/20 mindset for your food lifestyle. Can you sustain some of these healthy habits? Which habits would fit seamlessly into your everyday life?
