yoga is my life

Happy Baby! One of my favorite yoga poses. Every time a teacher instructs the class to go into happy baby I think of my beautiful niece Aven pictured to the left. She is definitely one of the happiest babies I have ever met. Speaking of yoga I took the most amazing class last night at LifePower in Scottsdale. The teacher, Anton Mackey led an exceptionally inspiring class that both kicked my butt and helped me let go of any stress in my life (at least for a couple of hours!). Great music, great energy, and truly challenging sequences. I practiced next to my friend Guru, who is a gorgeous yogini with some pretty fierce tricks up her sleeve. I recently took some photographs of her and wanted to share!
