Welcome to Yogarina Flow- move like a dancer, feel like a yogi! I am so thrilled we are on this journey together. In this course you will get routines that I do to stay fit like a dancer, to move fluidity on the mat, and to stay centered, curious and continue to grow both on and off the mat. You will feel stronger, more graceful and more confident inside and out.

So let’s get started. The workout calendar is your roadmap through this course. There are daily practices outlined for each week. When each module is released it will tell you the length of time you need to plan for each day. I tried to make this simple to schedule but know that there is always a rest day where you can catch up or use to reschedule according to YOUR life. But, let’s set you up for success…take the time now to plan your sessions for the week, put them into your calendar and commit to them!


Now take a couple minutes to get clear on your goals. Having a WHY is important and will act as your motivator (along with me). It doesn’t have to be anything profound and it can evolve week to week. Sit with your journal prompt (file download from purchase) and write a sentence that will keep you on track. Share it in the facebook group! I love to write mine on a piece of paper and stick it on my mirror, vision board, in front of my mat- you know, somewhere easy to see to keep me inspired! Sharing your goal will also keep you accountable so send it over to me or to the Yogarina Tribe! The facebook group is a place to share your experiences, create community and get inspired!
